This entry-level office admin position earns a competitive wage of $16-20/hour plus bonuses, depending on experience. Responsibilities
As an entry-level Administrative Assistant, you contribute to the overall growth and success of our business by assisting with our administrative needs. You may schedule appointments with clients, scan paperwork, or create and update patient files. You maintain the highest level of customer service, demonstrate attention to detail, and solve problems as you tackle a wide variety of office-related responsibilities. You help Education patients on the health and wellness benefits of our services and support our relationships with patients.

Work Schedule
Wauwatosa Schedule
This position works the following schedule:
- Monday: 8:00am-1:00pm and 1:30pm-6:00pm
- Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:00am-1:00pm and 1:30pm-5:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am-1:00pm and 1:30-6:00 pm
