This position is in office 5 days a week in Paramus, NJ (moving to a Hackensack location in the coming months).

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on action items.
  • Draft and edit communications, helping prepare presentations, speeches, emails, reports and internal memos.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, required.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting executives, law firm or professional services setting preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, etc.

Compensation

The anticipated base pay listed is a range; actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of our total compensation and benefits package, which can include a discretionary bonus, 401(k), paid time off, and health benefits.

Compensation Range: $75,000—$80,000 USD
