Role Description
We are seeking skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technicians and Installers to join our team and provide top-notch service in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting on a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
- Repair or replace defective components, such as motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, and electrical wiring.
- Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, wiring, and associated equipment, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to explain repair and maintenance needs, provide cost estimates, and offer recommendations for system improvements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of service calls, work performed, and parts used for each job.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, regulations, and best practices through continuous learning and training opportunities.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment for both technicians and clients.
- Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and clients to coordinate schedules, discuss technical issues, and provide updates on job progress.
