We are looking for a hard working, eager to learn, dedicated Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational HVAC training to develop their skills in a fast paced environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time role; however, for current students, we are willing to work around your school schedule. The Heating Air Conditioning Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting HVAC issues, performing preventive maintenance, conducting HVAC installations, and ensuring systems comply with EPA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and ductwork
• Perform routine inspections on equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose basic HVAC issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or completion of a technical school program or associate degree in HVAC
• 6 months + hands-on HVAC experience (internships, apprenticeships, or part-time work acceptable) preferred
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols
• EPA Section 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean and insurable driving record
