Carrier Enterprise is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Warehouse Associate for our Knoxville TN, Location. As a Warehouse Associate at Carrier Enterprise, you will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory control using advanced warehouse technology.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping
• Collaboration with internal customers for product delivery
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers

Qualifications And Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail
