The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for warehouse operations. This on-site role reports to the Director, Distribution Center and is part of the Shipping/Receiving team located in New Brighton.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices and components.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Implement and promote LEAN principles (5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, Standard Work) to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and warehouse cycle times.
• Manage documentation according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ensure accurate data entry in Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of relevant software such as WMS systems, ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Axapta) for reviewing open orders, inventory checks, order management, and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Preferred/Plus

• Experience in a regulated environment (medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar).
• Experience with medical-grade inventory handling, lot/batch tracking, and sterile packaging protocols.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered wages or compensation until earned and vested.
