Overview

RECEPTIONIST role at Antunes. This is a part-time position at 32 hours, 4 days a week, 7:00am to 3:30pm. This role involves being the friendly face of the office.

Position Summary

Under general direction of the Executive Administrative Assistant - Supervisor, the Receptionist is responsible for reception duties and performs various general office and wellness activities for the company. Supporting and promoting a culture of wellness.

Essential Role Responsibilities

  • Professionally greets visitors, answers and connects all incoming calls
  • Using computer to access email
  • Sorts incoming mail
  • Keeps lobby area clean and neat; maintains flags; keeps visitor logs and issues visitor badges
  • Ensures effective communication as maintained with Team Leader
  • Adheres to sanitary guidelines at reception desk
  • Welcome new team members and temporary staff, managing security badge photos, lockers and vehicle information
  • Focus on special projects (i.e., Corporate Charity Raffles, Events)
  • Assists with customer visits, company meetings and events
  • Partners with other department team members on special projects and tasks assigned
  • Manage and write SharePoint announcements

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills, must be a team player
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Essential Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years administrative/office support/reception (Preferred)

Pay Range: $17.66 - $22.08 per hour. This role is bonus eligible. The actual pay rate for this position will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
