Overview
Contract Recruiter
LHH is looking for a Contract IT Recruiter for one of our clients, a Business Services company in Melville, NY. This 100% on-site position will be part of a 4-person HR team and work on approximately 50 positions alongside the group. The role requires full cycle IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates. Compensation: $30-40/hr.
Responsibilities
- Source resumes proactively and respond to applicants for IT positions
- Assist with creating job postings
- Update job listings, keep candidates informed of status, assist with compliance
- Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers
- Meet, interview, and evaluate a variety of applicants
Qualifications
- Have at least 4-years’ experience in Tech/IT Recruitment
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Superb written and oral communication skills
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
