Overview

We’re supporting a high-growth Series A tech company (~600 employees) in their search for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to partner with their Co-Founder & President. This is the first EA hire for the executive — a unique opportunity to step into a visible, high-impact role at the leadership level.

Location: Palo Alto, CA (in-office; flexibility when executive is traveling)

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

About the Role

The EA will provide critical support to a dynamic founder who leads revenue strategy, board engagement, and cross-functional initiatives. Beyond traditional executive support (calendar, travel, leadership meeting prep), this role offers exposure to go-to-market initiatives, strategic projects, and leadership events. The right candidate will thrive on balancing the tactical with the strategic, helping shape how executive support is defined in a fast-growing organization.

Ideal Profile / Qualifications

  • 3–5 years supporting executives, ideally in tech or growth-stage companies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and communication abilities.
  • Comfortable managing both day-to-day priorities and larger strategic projects.
  • Experience with hospitality or event coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide traditional executive support (calendar management, travel coordination, meeting prep).
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and senior team on strategic initiatives and events.
  • Plan and execute leadership events, offsites, dinners, and client hospitality.
  • Support revenue-related initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
