Overview:

OnTrack Staffingis seeking a dependable and hardworkingGeneral Laborerto join our Bulky Waste Collection team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our community by assisting in the collection and disposal of large, non-standard waste items.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manual collection, loading, and disposal of bulky waste items such as furniture, appliances, and other large debris.
• Operate or assist with the operation of collection vehicles and equipment under supervision.
• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, vehicles, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), includingsteel-toed shoes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Must be able tolift 60+ pounds consistently.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in potentially dirty or hazardous environments.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on assignment.
• Must wearsteel-toed shoesat all times while on duty.
• Outdoor field work in residential and commercial areas.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, and debris.
