The Company is in search of a Divisional Vice President Sales - Lease to spearhead the growth and profitability of its lease sales division. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed divisional revenue targets. This key leadership role involves leading a high-performing team of sales professionals, mentoring and motivating them to achieve peak performance, and fostering a culture of excellence. The role also requires the analysis of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
Applicants for the Divisional Vice President Sales - Lease position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 2-4 years' progressive experience in sales leadership roles, specifically in lease sales, is required, along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
