Key responsibilities include leading the accounting function, owning the close processes, maintaining and evolving accounting policies, and managing tax compliance. The role also involves developing and executing a comprehensive treasury strategy, partnering with FP&A on cash forecasting, and ensuring optimal cash flow across domestic and international entities. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's financial health, providing insights for product launches, retail expansion, and international growth initiatives. Candidates for the Vice President of Accounting and Treasury position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and a CPA certification. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and accounting operations, as well as experience in a fast-paced CPG, beauty, or retail environment with over $300M in annual revenue.
