Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Assistant located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for managing back office operations, providing administrative assistance, and supporting customer service. Daily tasks include processing orders, maintaining records, handling communications, and assisting with various administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Experience in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage
We are currently seeking someone for a back office / production support position, focused on managing and coordinating jewelry production, quality control, and vendor communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee multiple orders and timelines.
Additionally, since this position involves training and long-term planning, we require a minimum 2-year commitment.
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr.
