- At least 2 years of Kitchen Management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment
- Strong knowledge and attention to detail on back of the house operations including staff supervision, inventory controls and food/labor cost, and product quality
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
- Graduate of an accredited culinary program is a plus
Mastro’s Ocean Club is on the hunt for a Bar Manager with a passion for mixology, luxury service, and managing a dynamic bar team. We're seeking those with:
- At least 2+ years of upscale / fine dining restaurant and bar management experience
- Extensive liquor, beer and wine knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
