Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Salary Range: 100,000-135,000 with potential negotiation based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Interview Process: 1st-Phone Interview, 2nd- Final Onsite Interview

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow, staffing, equipment, and schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Lead and support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of team members.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and work closely with maintenance to resolve problems.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain adherence to Lean Manufacturing practices, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and ensure product quality meets established standards.
• Drive and enforce a strong safety culture across the department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in blow molding, plastics, or packaging operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory, lead, or management role.
• Solid technical and mechanical skills with a hands-on problem-solving approach
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Bilingual in Spanish is a nice to have
