3rd Shift Production Worker – Sarasota, FL
Adecco Staffing is hiring Production Workers for a leading manufacturing facility in the Sarasota area. This is an opportunity with great potential for long-term employment and career growth.
Job Details:
Location: Sarasota, FL (on-site parking available; no public transportation access)
Shift: 10PM - 6:30AM
Pay: $ 16.25/hour
Overtime: Yes
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
What You’ll Do:
Operate small hand tools and production equipment
Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
Transport products between production stages
Identify and report defective products
Assist with inventory, cycle counts, and department processes
Support team leads and cross-train in various departments
Perform data entry and maintain production records
Lift up to 55 lbs. and stand for extended periods
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer skills and ability to read/write in English
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Pay Details: $16.25 per hour
