About the role

The Digital Graphic Designer & Content Creator role blends creative design, digital media, and strategic thinking to support branding, lead generation, sales enablement, and content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in both print and digital design, with the ability to craft compelling visual assets for websites, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and more.

In addition to design expertise, this individual will play a key role in upholding and evolving ETS’s brand identity across channels, developing video and motion content, and writing impactful short-form copy.

Position’s Intention:

The position intent for a Digital Graphic Designer & Content Creator is to conceptualize, design, and produce visual content that aligns with the organization's identity, enhances engagement across digital platforms, and supports marketing and communication goals.

Success Measurements:

Measuring the effectiveness of a Digital Graphic Designer & Content Creator role involves tracking quantitative and qualitative metrics that reflect the impact of their work on brand visibility, engagement, and business goals.

Brand & Creative Development

  • Continuously monitor, maintain, and evolve the visual and verbal brand identity by ensuring consistency in imagery, design, tone, and language across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Create and maintain visually consistent brand assets across digital and print platforms.
  • Design marketing collateral for external use.
  • Utilize all company platforms to gather, dissect, and combine text content to create marketing assets.
  • Design for print with a full understanding of the entire print process from design to shipment.

Design for Digital & Web Marketing

  • Design engaging digital assets for websites, ads, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Ensure all web assets are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Collaborate with the team to support website enhancements, page layouts, and UX/UI improvements through design.

Design and create content for Social Media Marketing

  • Create visually compelling social media graphics tailored to platform specifications and audience engagement strategies.
  • Design visuals that enhance campaign performance and align with brand voice and messaging.
  • Produce graphics and create/edit short-form video content for social media platforms.
  • Write short, effective captions, hooks, and post descriptions to support visual content.

Internal Support

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure they have up-to-date, visually compelling materials.
  • Develop presentations that communicate key messages clearly and professionally.
  • Provide tradeshow graphics support.

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic video production and editing capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of social media and web design principles.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and a marketing-oriented mindset.
