About the role
The Digital Graphic Designer & Content Creator blends creative design, digital media, and strategic thinking to support branding, lead generation, sales enablement, and content marketing. The candidate should have a strong foundation in both print and digital design and be able to craft visual assets for websites, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and more. The role also involves upholding and evolving ETS’s brand identity across channels, developing video and motion content, and writing short-form copy such as headlines and social media hooks. Success requires proactive thinking, collaboration, and a passion for using design to inform and inspire.

Responsibilities
- Brand & Creative Development
- Continuously monitor, maintain, and evolve the brand identity across marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Create and maintain visually consistent brand assets for digital and print.
- Design marketing collateral for external use (brochures, event materials, sales sheets).
- Explore opportunities to evolve the brand through new platforms and technology.
- Utilize company platforms to gather and repurpose text content into marketing assets.
- Design for print with understanding of the full print process.
- Design for Digital & Web Marketing
- Design engaging digital assets for websites, ads, emails, and landing pages.
- Optimize assets for performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Collaborate on website enhancements, layouts, and UX/UI improvements through design.
- Design and create content for Social Media Marketing
- Create visually compelling social graphics tailored to platform specs and audience engagement.
- Develop visuals that support campaign performance and align with brand voice.
- Produce and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Shorts, Reels, YouTube, and website animations.
- Write concise captions, hooks, and post descriptions to accompany visuals.
- Internal Support
- Collaborate with sales to provide up-to-date materials (presentations, brochures, one-pagers, case studies).
- Develop PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate key messages.
- Provide tradeshow graphics support (pull-up banners, table graphics, backdrops, QR codes, flyers).
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showing print and digital work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
- Basic video production and editing capabilities.
- Strong understanding of social media and web design principles (mobile-first, responsive, UX/UI).
- Excellent visual storytelling with a marketing-oriented mindset.
- Basic copywriting skills for short-form content such as headlines and CTAs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Team-oriented with good communication and openness to feedback.
Education / Certification
Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong understanding of design principles, branding, and digital marketing platforms.
Language Skills
- Ability to write reports and professional communications.
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from stakeholders.
Reasoning Ability
