A company in Oklahoma City is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and ensure a seamless employee experience. This role plays a critical part in HR administration, employee onboarding, records management, and assisting with recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Support recruitment by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist in benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company events.
  • Process employment verifications, I-9s, background checks, and other HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with payroll and other departments to support HR-related processes.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience; HR internship experience will also be considered.
  • Working knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this position is $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr.
