Job Description
Location: St. Louis, MO - Hybrid
Contract Duration: 12 months
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Must work effectively with HR cross-functional teams and other departments within the organization while also working independently
- Ability to comprehend and interpret general benefits/policy-related topics
- Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Possess professional demeanor and a strong grasp of corporate culture and protocol
- Strong problem-solving skills and exercises good judgment
- Sense of urgency for quick turnaround on requests and follow-through to completion
- Demonstrates initiative and creativity
- Flexibility and adjusting to an evolving landscape and changing HR needs and priorities
Qualifications Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a HR and/or TA related function at a coordinator level or above
- Experience with office administration, data entry, and strong proficiency in HR systems
- Providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced level with Microsoft Outlook and intermediate level with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday, and Dayforce
- Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems
- Experience with scheduling interviews and calendar coordination
- Experience running standard and ad-hoc reports, and analysis
- Experience with FMLA case coordination and administration
