12 months Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and leadership Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information Must work effectively with HR cross-functional teams and other departments within the organization while also working independently Ability to comprehend and interpret general benefits/policy-related topics Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Possess professional demeanor and a strong grasp of corporate culture and protocol Strong problem-solving skills and exercises good judgment Sense of urgency for quick turnaround on requests and follow-through to completion Demonstrates initiative and creativity Flexibility and adjusting to an evolving landscape and changing HR needs and priorities Qualifications Required:
1+ years of experience in a HR and/or TA related function at a coordinator level or above Experience with office administration, data entry, and strong proficiency in HR systems Providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced level with Microsoft Outlook and intermediate level with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday, and Dayforce Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems Experience with scheduling interviews and calendar coordination Experience running standard and ad-hoc reports, and analysis Experience with FMLA case coordination and administration Job Details
