As a Social Worker at DaVita, you’ll be a part of a team that values work-life balance and where personal and professional growth is a top priority. You will support and advocate for patients on dialysis, helping them understand their rights and responsibilities and guiding them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work.
• Meets all state requirements to practice in a dialysis setting and holds a Clinical License (e.g., LCSW, LICSW).
• Proficient in experienced-level Social Worker duties and intermediate computer skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
