Ref(LF26) Laboratory Technologist (MLT or MT) Generalist Role Full-Time We re currently recruiting for a full-time Laboratory Technologist to join a collaborative, patient-centered hospital lab team. This generalist role covers all major testing areas (hematology, immunohematology, chemistry, bacteriology, etc.) in a well-supported environment. Position Highlights: Generalist work across waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing Involvement in QA programs, equipment maintenance, and policy development Includes phlebotomy, specimen processing, troubleshooting, and result validation Opportunity to grow into a general supervisor after probation Requirements: Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology or related field ASCP or AMT certification (or eligibility) required Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently Experience with routine lab protocols, safety, and QA practices Why Join?
