Laboratory Technologist (MLT or MT) Generalist Role Full-Time

We re currently recruiting for a full-time Laboratory Technologist to join a collaborative, patient-centered hospital lab team. This generalist role covers all major testing areas (hematology, immunohematology, chemistry, bacteriology, etc.) in a well-supported environment.

Position Highlights:

• Generalist work across waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing

• Involvement in QA programs, equipment maintenance, and policy development

• Includes phlebotomy, specimen processing, troubleshooting, and result validation

• Opportunity to grow into a general supervisor after probation

Requirements:

• Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology or related field

• ASCP or AMT certification (or eligibility) required

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

• Experience with routine lab protocols, safety, and QA practices
