You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Desk Associate.
This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
What You'll Do:
Greet guest and complete the registration/check-in process to include, but not limited to, inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirmation of guest information and room rate, selection of rooms, and coding electronic keys,
Assist guests with check-out including, but not limited to, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted,
Ensure prompt delivery of final bills to guest.
Communication of hotel services and promotions.
Processing forms of payment.
Responding to guest inquires in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
