Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator
Job Description
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing records of all products shipped and received to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse. This role involves creating mailing labels and shipping documents, and overseeing the correct fulfillment of orders. The position also includes sending, accepting, and documenting the movement of parts, supplies, and materials. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift or pallet moving equipment is required. Forklift training will be provided to qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all products shipped and received.
Create mailing labels and shipping documents to ensure correct order fulfillment.
Send, accept, and document the movement of parts, supplies, and materials.
Operate a forklift or pallet moving equipment.
Participate in lifting tasks up to 50 pounds as necessary.
Essential Skills
Proficient in inventory management.
Experienced in shipping and receiving processes.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Capable of operating a forklift and other logistics equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Work Environment
The role is based inside a non-temperature-controlled facility. Physical duties include lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, crouching, reaching overhead, stooping, and kneeling. The job requires repetitive motion, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exerting up to 50 pounds of force to move objects. Employees will work 8-12 hours per day, drive forklifts, work from heights, and use ladders.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
