You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns swiftly and ensuring utmost satisfaction, while consistently achieving the store's sales objectives.
This role requires you to interact with customers, including minors, and handle cash, payment methods, and store merchandise with care. A background check will be performed to maintain a safe environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs and present suitable products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately while following company policies and procedures.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse and assist in tinting and mixing products to customer specifications.
Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep the store clean and presentable.
Support loading/unloading of delivery trucks, and assist with deliveries as needed.
Maintain knowledge of products and discuss available options with customers.
Adhere to inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to work all scheduled hours including evenings and weekends.
If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, must have received at least a meets expectations (3) rating on the last performance appraisal.
Must have completed all mandatory HR courses for your current position if internal.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
