Join to apply for the Senior Test Complete Automation Architect - Med Device role at Capgemini Engineering About The Job You’re Considering We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Automation Architect to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks with TestComplete for embedded medical systems. The ideal candidate will lead the development of robust testing strategies that ensure our medical devices meet stringent quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while optimizing testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Your role
Design and develop scalable test automation architectures specifically tailored for embedded medical systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams and global stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Challenge status quo by evaluating current testing processes in TestComplete for improvements.
Lead key stakeholders through investigation of problems and successfully articulate to senior leadership to implement solutions.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive successful product development.
Diagnose root causes of failure sequences to support system reliability and continuous improvement.
Ensure testing standards support regulatory submissions and audits through necessary compliance and documentation.
Your Skills And Experience
BS or higher in Electrical, Computer, Software, Biomedical Engineering or Computer Science.
8+ years experience in Test Automation with TestComplete for desktop applications and embedded systems.
Extensive documented experience testing Python-based software development.
Excellent communication skills.
