Overview The Huntington Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a Salesforce.com Platform Architect with deep experience across Salesforce Sales & Service, Marketing, Financial Services Clouds, and MuleSoft. The Architect provides technical leadership to the COE Service Delivery teams, working under the guidance of a Chief Architect and serving as a trusted advisor to internal and external partners across the Huntington Enterprise.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership with architecture and design for solutions, conceptualizing the technical vision and direction, including complex Salesforce ecosystem initiatives and integration with external systems as needed.
Develop, maintain, and communicate the platform architectural target state and direction, including interim states where needed.
Govern the use of architectural trends and best practices within the application domain through design reviews and as a voting member of the COE Architecture Review Board.
Conduct product/solution evaluations—including Salesforce capabilities and third-party offerings—for architectural domains by creating prototypes/PoCs to elicit and design toward business goals.
Design, document, and develop development patterns and best practices for COE technical delivery teams.
Mentor technical delivery staff.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible technical and business experience developing enterprise-level applications, including at least 5 years of Salesforce.com full-stack development experience.
Salesforce data model knowledge across various clouds/products and strong data modeling experience.
Proven track record of successful project architecture for large enterprise Salesforce implementations involving multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales/Service, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing) and MuleSoft.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Application Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, etc.).
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience preferred.
Strategic thinker with a big-picture vision and governance experience at executive and design levels.
Experience with Salesforce SHIELD, DevOps toolsets, or related certifications.
Experience with large data integration and data migration projects; familiarity with ETL tools and system integrations.

Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay)
Compensation and Benefits Compensation Range: 70,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD Annual. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Eligible for incentive compensation. Benefits include health insurance, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave, holidays, and PTO.
