Banquet Bartender
to join our award-winning team. This role is responsible for preparing and serving beverages at banquet functions while ensuring an exceptional guest experience through polished, attentive service. The Banquet Bartender will set up and break down bar areas, maintain inventory, and collaborate with banquet staff to support seamless event execution.
This position is ideal for an energetic, responsible, and service-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment and takes pride in delivering hospitality at the highest level.
Key Requirements Availability:
Flexible schedule based on business needs (available in early morning - late nights);
Fridays and Saturdays are required , with additional availability on holidays. Skills:
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer; excellent communication and guest service skills; responsible alcohol service practices. Work Ethic:
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented with strong attention to detail. Basic Functions & Scope
Provide professional bar service for banquet functions in accordance with hotel standards. Set up, maintain, and break down portable bars and bar stations for events. Ensure bar areas are clean, stocked, and organized throughout events. Collaborate with banquet captains, servers, and culinary staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service standards. Duties & Responsibilities
Mix, garnish, and serve beverages accurately and efficiently. Greet and engage with guests in a polished, professional manner. Ensure bar stations are stocked with glassware, garnishes, mixers, and supplies. Track product usage and assist with inventory control. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar areas at all times. Handle special requests and adapt service for unique event needs. Support banquet team with setup, execution, and breakdown of events. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1-2 years bartending experience; banquet or high-volume service preferred. Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and responsible alcohol service required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Traits of a Successful Candidate
