Seasonal Banquet Bartender

As a Seasonal Banquet Bartender, you will provide exceptional bar service to guests during our busy holiday events. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, as well as tending bars, clearing tables, running food, refilling water, and restocking clean plates, while maintaining high service standards and ensuring a positive guest experience. This is a great opportunity to work in a festive, fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team.

The duties of a Seasonal Banquet Bartender include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide professional, friendly, and efficient bar service during banquet events. Set up banquet bar stations, including stocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and equipment according to event specifications. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic merchandising of all food items, bar and beverage items, and retail items. Ability to completely answer food and drink related questions from guests. Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and company guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, including wiping counters, restocking supplies, and removing empty glassware. Assist with beverage replenishment at stations or passed service, if applicable. Work closely with the banquet captain and other team members to ensure smooth event operations. Break down bar stations and assist with clean-up of banquet areas after events. Address any guest needs or concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Follow all health & safety standards, including proper sanitation and alcohol service procedures. Requirements

Prior experience as a bartender, preferably in a banquet or event setting. Strong communication and customer service skills. Food Handlers Certification. RBS Certification. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others. Able to lift and carry bar supplies, as well as perform physical tasks such as setting up bar stations. Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the busy event season. Ability to stand and walk for long periods during events. Perform additional duties as requested from management.
