Responsibilities
Serve as liaison to vendors (e.g., Microsoft, AppViewX) to facilitate problem resolution. Participate in planning and implementation of systems, infrastructure, and related hardware and software in response to customer requests and organizational requirements. Lead engagements on projects, working directly with Project Management, Account Management, and Customer teams. Mentor and cross-train technical staff in IAM technologies and best practices; conduct hands-on sessions and workshops on topics such as automating certificate processes with AppViewX. Provide guidance on BTS development standards and quality expectations. Collaborate with technical staff, including project managers, and act as a customer liaison for solutions including presentation of design and deployment strategies. Provide subject matter expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and Windows Server operating systems. Lead design and implementation of IAM policies; document platform topology and perform system-level scripting as needed. Proactively manage system provisioning, maintenance, security, and compliance in alignment with company goals and regulatory standards. Mentor peers and subordinate staff in IAM technologies and best practices; manage the deployment of IAM solutions with emphasis on security and user needs. Develop and implement policies and procedures for provisioning and maintenance to ensure system integrity, security, and availability with focus on identity verification and access control. Lead IAM technology deployment projects (e.g., AppViewX for certificate lifecycle management) and ensure deployments meet user needs and security standards. Develop IAM policies using Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Entra ID Conditional Access Policies for Windows AD environments and cloud/hybrid resources. Research emerging IAM technologies and trends to inform procurement and development strategies. Engage in system-level programming/scripting to support enterprise applications and automation for PKI and certificate lifecycle management. Lead PKI design and implementation, including secure, scalable two-tier PKI infrastructure, disaster recovery for root keys, certificate lifecycles, and training for IT and security teams. On-call rotation (PIC) is required.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. PKI design, administration, and support for a minimum of 5 years. Microsoft Windows Server technology for a minimum of 5 years. Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP administration for a minimum of 5 years. Entra ID and Intune experience for a minimum of 3 years.
