Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a team. This role involves managing a robust book of business with a focus on construction accounts.
Location: Walnut Creek, CA. Hybrid role; must have real estate exp.
Compensation
Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business generating $500,000 - $700,000 in revenue.
Service accounts ranging from $100,000 to $1.5 million in size, with a focus on middle-market and larger accounts.
Handle renewals from start to finish, including quoting new and renewal business.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the construction industry.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate account management.
Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management, with a focus on construction accounts.
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is essential.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Must be personable, timely, and a team player.
Work Environment: Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in-office during the training period, with the potential for remote work thereafter.
