Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and non-profits. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in account management, marketing, and client relations, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Compensation
Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 annually

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of middle-market accounts.
Oversee all aspects of account management, including renewals, certificates, endorsements, and quoting new/renewal business.
Collaborate with the assistant team for administrative support while handling tasks independently as required.
Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Maintain and grow client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Support marketing efforts and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: 7+ years in commercial lines account management preferred, with a focus on middle-market accounts.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong multitasking abilities
Self-sufficient yet collaborative team player
Personable and client-focused
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
