Summary
The Sr. Enterprise Applications Analyst will develop, influence, and implement a partner strategy that ensures alignment between business units (BU) and DBT, with a mission to more effectively achieve both BU-specific and AV enterprise objectives. The position will contribute to the evolution of AV’s Digital Transformation initiative by collaborating with Business Partners to determine the strategic direction for BU-specific and enterprise-wide solutions. Within their assigned Business Partner/Business Unit, this role acts as a conduit of information, becomes a BU subject matter expert, and showcases the potential of digital transformation for a company at the forefront of the digital era.
Position Responsibilities
Partners with business units and ensures every business decision is viewed through the customer lens.
Collaborates with partner business units to reimagine how we can deliver the best processes using people, process, data, and technology.
Executes solutions that communicate the value of the relationship between AV Business partners and team members/customers.
Acts as the subject matter expert (SME) for designated partner business units.
Attends designated partner BU meetings and observes team members.
Documents workflows and day-to-day operations for various roles within the partner BU.
Provides insight into day-to-day operations and demonstrates knowledge of both technology and business needs.
Serves as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for BU and DBT stakeholders.
In collaboration with BU leadership, establishes and maintains a three-year business and DBT solution road map.
Uses business analysis techniques to define high-level product features and service levels for IT offerings.
Emphasizes business value, including digital awareness, risk assessments, and business capability requirements.
Fosters creativity and innovation by staying current with industry and technology trends.
Conducts business process gap analysis to optimize processes toward digitalization and automation.
Analyzes business requirements and works with teams to identify data elements and prepare detailed specifications.
Develops deep knowledge of the business partner’s BU and builds strong relationships across the organization.
Defines business requirements for designated business units.
Writes requirements to obtain data from enterprise data teams and analyzes datasets for trends to improve the business.
Manages the technology demand pipeline across the assigned BU and assists leaders in defining business cases.
Monitors technology planning and deployment progress, surfacing and shaping demand for capabilities and assets; ensures business value is captured and optimized.
Contributes to requirements, design and review sessions, and identifies business risks.
Ensures collaboration and resources are available for all projects.
Promotes the business vision into working practice and ensures adoption of delivered solutions.
Communicates with leadership to evaluate joint initiatives and ensure alignment with roadmaps and priorities.
Demonstrates system capabilities (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Hyperion) to solve business problems.
Gathers requirements with business users and is accountable for feasibility and delivery; defines and approves changes to high-level requirements.
Anticipates bottlenecks and provides escalation management.
Analyzes end-to-end, moderate-to-high complexity processes in one or more functional areas.
Collaborates with peers and project managers to balance BU and enterprise optimization.
Transfers knowledge on proposed solutions and BU needs to leadership and peers.
Works with peers to ensure a common process across departments and alignment with technology strategy down to functional requirements.
Negotiates tradeoffs to maximize business benefit and manages post-implementation enhancement requests.
Monitors production issues for opportunities to enhance workflows and escalates when necessary.
Serves as the BU SME to prioritize technology projects and align with ROI and overall business strategy.
Partners with PMO to manage cross-functional projects, focusing on integration, implementation, and adoption of IT solutions.
Assists in developing strategic plans and creating presentations/reports for leadership and boards.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
12-15 years of BRM/BA experience with multiple SaaS and Cloud systems (e.g., WorkDay, LogicGate, Hyperion EPM/FCCS, Kronos, Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud) with expertise in functional analysis across modules such as Project Accounting, Inventory, Supply Chain, Project Costing, etc.
Strong knowledge of Sales, CRM, Finance and Accounting, Manufacturing, HCM, Reporting, Analytics principles.
Extensive experience on projects related to financial systems.
Experience with WorkDay, LogicGate, Hyperion EPM/FCCS, Kronos, Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud and working with 3rd party SaaS for support and issue resolution.
Strong knowledge of interfaces, workflow, and underlying database tables.
Strong communication skills: oral, written, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
Ability to work in a multi-project environment and support multiple internal customers/departments.

The salary range for this role is: $136,807 - $194,040
