Bachelor’s Degree with broad knowledge of statistical principles

Excellent communication skills

Ability to read and interpret technical documents

Strong computer skills

Familiar with core quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA at a basic level

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Talent for prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Follow 5S lean principals and safety rules

Position Summary The Quality Manager will be the liaison between the customer and PPC for all internal and external quality complaints. You will track all complaints and corrective actions, manage RMA’s and RMNCR’s. Review both internal and external issues and work to prevent issues in the future. You will manage all surveys and report requests from customers. Manage change of control requests as needed. Review QAs with the appropriate departments. Responsible for creating and developing internal quality documents and PPAP packages. Perform Dock and QMS audits as well as maintain calibration records and ensure they are up to date. Manage and track internal and external Quality Metrics.
