About Circle Health AI: we’re on a mission to ensure every mental health and addiction recovery facility can run with zero back-office admin work — freeing clinicians to focus on what matters: helping patients heal. We’re building AI agents that empower healthcare workers, from ASAM-compliant and coded charts at the point of care to real-time auditing records for prior authorization eligibility, to ensure clinics get paid faster. Our tools reduce administrative time and errors, and are used by leading SUD and behavioral health agencies and billing companies. We’re supported by leading VCs and bring a track record of AI and healthcare product experience to transform healthcare. What You’ll Work On
Own features end-to-end — from data flow in AI pipelines to presentation in the product. Work closely with leadership and our founding engineer to bring LLM-powered functionality into clinician workflows. Design and build LLM-integrated features (prompt pipelines, RAG flows, structured outputs) that run in real time inside the product. Connect AI outputs to frontend and middle-layer experiences for clinicians. Develop secure, efficient API layers and integrations with Supabase. Implement real-time validation and proactive flagging in chart review and documentation tools. Incorporate customer feedback to refine AI accuracy, reliability, and usability. Collaborate on product architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and compliance. Who We’re Looking For
Strong full-stack skills — comfortable in React/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js/Python on the backend. Experience integrating LLMs into production (LLMs, LangChain, VectorDB, or similar). Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and AI-driven UX. Comfort working in BaaS environments (Supabase/Postgres or similar). Thrives in 0→1 startup environments, happy to ship fast and iterate. Bonus points
Healthcare or regulated industry experience. Experience with real-time, event-driven architectures. Ability to tune UX and AI behavior to meet user needs. Our Tech Stack
