Responsibilities
Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult technical issues with limited information
Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
Maintains and supports enterprise resources, including laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones and other network enabled devices
Monitor, respond and resolve incidents in an ITSM system while ensuring SLA performance metrics are met. Ex: Jira SM, ZenDesk
Strong troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 operating system
Strong troubleshooting of MacOS
Some understanding of Active Directory or LDAP
Comfortable replacing hard drives, memory and other computer components
Onboarding/ offboarding users
Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
Provide support for multiple locations
Installing, moving, equipment that may weigh up to 50 lbs
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT
Proven experience with ITSM tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with aerospace industry regulations and standards regarding IT and data
Pay Range
IT Support Specialist I: $24.52 - $35.10
IT Support Specialist II: $27.88 - $39.90
Salary Range: California $24.52—$39.90 USD
Compensation And Benefits Base salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand.
