Responsibilities

Designing and implementing medium-to-large .NET systems

Developing data-driven applications with relational databases

Building scalable, N-tier web applications with complex security models

Working with Microsoft OS and enterprise systems (MS Server, TFS, SQL Server, Visual Studio)

Designing and implementing multiple software subsystems

Explaining design decisions, strengths, and weaknesses

Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders (including DSS and state IT teams)

Qualifications

Previous government experience

Previous experience in Child Protective Services environment
