Senior SharePoint / Power Platform Developer position in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. Contract role with responsibilities related to SharePoint Online, Office 365, and Power Platform solutions. Responsibilities
Develop and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to meet business requirements. Design and develop intranets using SharePoint 365, including custom layouts, features, and functionalities. Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI) as part of the Office 365 suite to support automation and reporting needs. Apply security and compliance best practices related to SharePoint Online. Demonstrate UI/UX knowledge to create user-friendly interfaces and improve user adoption. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to support ongoing development and meet agency needs. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in computer science, information systems/technology management or related discipline with degree/certificate or equivalent work experience. At least 10 years SharePoint development experience, including proficiency in SharePoint Online and Office 365; skilled in customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts. Experience designing and developing intranets using SharePoint 365 with custom layouts and features. 4+ years of Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power BI) and related add-ons. Strong security and compliance knowledge for SharePoint Online. UI/UX knowledge and skills. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, or similar. Preferred Skills
