About The Role CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Engineer III for the NG-SIEM (next generation security information and event management) Global Serverless Platform team in the US. The Global Serverless Platform team builds and operates the global- and region-level automation that manages the industry’s largest event data store and search system. Goal: scale to hundreds of PB of data ingress per day while maintaining best-in-class ingest, search, and detection SLAs and cost structure. The team owns the regional control plane, account provisioning systems, and region-level integrations with the Falcon platform. You will join a distributed team of collaborative engineers and work on hard problems without well-defined solutions. You will become a go-to expert of the NG SIEM control plane with broad visibility into the NG SIEM data plane. The team envisions a zero-touch, highly refined, self-service data plane. Teams in NG SIEM own features from ideation and development to deployment and feedback, and monitor production features post-release. A key focus is reliability, efficiency, and high availability across the platform, including optimizing hardware and fleet utilization across 400k CPU cores and managing internal asset storages to support the NG SIEM dataplane.
