We are seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist to provide support across multiple Deposit Operations functions. This role performs a variety of operational support functions, such as reviewing reports, preparing correspondence and participating in special projects designated for the department. Core Responsibilities: Clerical tasks such as responding to emails, phone calls, workflow requests through electronic ticketing system and maintaining department SLA for each function. Must stay current on all BAI compliance certifications and regulations pertaining to functions serviced in your area, i.e. Reg CC, Reg E. Provide support on tasks to ensure all deadlines are met. Assist other areas as needed due to increased volumes, special projects, etc. Assist with updating and creating job aids and procedures. Location Specific Responsibilities: Brea, CA Monitor and process transactions related to retirement accounts Open and maintain brokered CD accounts Process wires related to disposition of Deposit Account Control Agreements (DACA) Perform monitoring and transactions related to escrow retention accounts Perform callback procedures and daily review of various reports Assist management with Escheatment processing Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; work ethically and with integrity; uphold organizational values; accept responsibility for own actions. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
