TOGETHER WE WIN THE OPPORTUNITY As a Deposit Operations Specialist, you will provide support across multiple Deposit Operations functions. This role performs a variety of operational support functions, such as reviewing reports, preparing correspondence and participating in special projects designated for the department. You will help to ensure internal controls, policies, procedures and mechanisms comply with standard industry practices, regulatory guidelines, and managements recommendations and/or directions. Performs all duties in accordance with the Companys policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates. How Youll Make a Difference Core Responsibilities: Clerical tasks such as responding to emails, phone calls, workflow requests through electronic ticketing system and maintaining department SLA for each function. Must stay current on all BAI compliance certifications and regulations pertaining to functions serviced in your area, i.e. Reg CC, Reg E. Provide support on tasks to ensure all deadlines are met. Assist other areas as needed due to increased volumes, special projects, etc. Assist with updating and creating job aids and procedures.

Location Specific Responsibilities: Santa Ana - 3 Mac Deposit Processing for our HOA clients, ensuring checks are negotiable, match payee, and are processed timely. Investigate and process Zelle and debit card disputes in accordance with Regulation E. Perform various account maintenance such as interest adjustment calculations and posting, document research, negative balance monitoring, operating loss monitoring, Reg CC callback and others. Balance Loomis Cash Vault and make manual adjustments or entries as needed. The employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations and orders issued pursuant to the OSHA Act of 1970, which are applicable to ones own actions and conduct. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. What Youll Bring 3+ years of experience in bank operations, preferably with exposure to multiple deposit functions High School diploma or equivalent required Strong understanding of banking systems, transaction processing, and compliance protocols How Well Support You Financial Security: You will be eligible to participate in the companys 401k plan which includes a company match and immediate vesting. SALARY RANGE The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
