Arcadis is seeking a Nuclear Quality Manager to join the team in the United States. The Nuclear Quality Manager will provide leadership, maintenance, and oversight of the Nuclear Quality Management System (NQMS). The role reports directly to the Global Quality Management Systems Director and will support work globally from the United States. Role accountabilities

Coordinate the implementation, administration, and monitoring of global Quality Management Systems (QMS) governance and Nuclear Quality Management (NQMS) within the country. Ensure compliance with established requirements and record exceptions as necessary. Provide recommendations to Global Quality Leaders. Governance: Ensure overall responsibility for establishing, maintaining, and assuring effective implementation of the NQA-1 and related quality standards. Ensure compliance with: ASME NQA-1 (2008/2009/2024), DOE Order 414.1D, 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B; ISO 17025:2017; CSA N286; CSA N299; ISO 19433:2018; ONR (UK); and in-country regulatory requirements. Quality Process & Procedures

Ensure indoctrination training is relevant, with records of qualification and training retained. Develop the nuclear audit/project plan annually, submit for review and approval, and revise to maintain risk mitigation. Support auditors in internal and external audits. Execute a minimum of five quality assurance audits within three years, with at least one annually to maintain certification. Ensure Internal Audit program compliance, maintain audit competencies, address corrective actions promptly, and verify effectiveness. Develop new Quality Procedures to align with changes in Nuclear Standards and client requirements. Report in-country Quality KPIs for deviations, audits, corrective actions, and lessons learned on NQMS performance. Implement a continuous improvement process. Key Shared Accountabilities

Overall responsibility for compliance with the Global Quality Management System. Support the implementation of a Global Integrated Management System (IMS) for Arcadis. Manage Quality resources to coordinate quality staff across projects. Develop Management Review content and chair meetings. Decision Rights

Owns: Global Nuclear Quality reporting Influences: Business Leaders, Operations Managers, Project Managers Vetoes: Significant quality risks potentially causing business disruption or reputational damage Important Metrics

Deviations on Nuclear Projects Corrective Action performance Non-Conformance Reporting Internal and external audits execution and performance Reporting

The Nuclear Quality Manager will report directly to the Global Quality Management Systems Director, who reports to the Global Quality Director, who reports to the Global Performance Excellence Director. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, science, quality, or business. Quality assurance-related experience, preferably in the nuclear power industry (DOE and DOD facilities). 6 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. Certified Internal Auditor or willingness to obtain certification. Knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 or willingness to learn. Why Arcadis?
