United Texas Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deposit Operations Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX (Far North area). The Deposit Operations Manager provides supervisory and operational support within the Deposit Operations department, servicing the bank's deposit products and services to existing clients and qualified prospects. Job Responsibility:

The Deposit Operations Manager will provide leadership and guidance to a team of Deposit Operations Specialists, review account opening, closing, and maintenance activities, and process various transactions. The role will also oversee and assist with rates and fees maintenance, actively participate in projects impacting banking operations, and proactively collaborate with the Branch Operations team to ensure seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Deposit Operations Specialists. Review account opening, closing, and maintenance activities. Process ACH, cash letter, RDC, MRDC, credit and debit card processing, and bill payments. Process and review operations and accounting reconciliations. Oversee and assist with rates and fees maintenance. Actively participate in projects impacting banking operations. Proactively collaborate with the Branch Operations team to ensure seamless customer experience. Provide exceptional customer online support. Lead by example to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Champion risk management and loss prevention. Exceed expectations through accuracy, efficiency, and continual professional development. Qualifications:

Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years' experience in Deposit/Banking Operations in a US financial institution. Minimum of 3 years' experience in team management. Solid knowledge of ACH, deposit products and services, industry trends, market, and competitive conditions. Prior commercial and/or community bank experience preferred. Previous experience with Jack Henry platform desired. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Benefits:
