Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, workflows, and integrations. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement SharePoint solutions that improve collaboration and document management. Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with security and governance policies. Manage user access and roles using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, including escalations from Microsoft support Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices. Lead SharePoint migration projects and integrations with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform). Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and recommend improvements or new features equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience administering SharePoint environments. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI/Power Automate) a plus. Knowledge of Windows Servers and VMWare a plus. Knowledge of administrating and maintaining Exchange Online a plus. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, PIM, and security best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
