Overview
Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator role focusing on Salesforce CRM technologies, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) development and Agentforce AI agent integration. Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred) and collaboration with onshore/offshore teams is required. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Visualforce Pages, and related tools. Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and participate in Agile SAFe processes. Utilize AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Force.com IDE, ANT, and version control to implement changes. Support agent platforms and AI agent development within Agentforce framework. Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification. Agentforce Specialist Certification. 3–5 years of Salesforce Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce CRM technologies, including SOQL, Visualforce Pages. Experience with Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles. Minimum 1+ years hands-on Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) development. 3–5 years with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, and ANT. Experience with AutoRABIT is a plus. Proven experience in Agentforce for building AI agents. Experience in Agile methodology (SAFe preferred). Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience in onshore/offshore support model. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with version control and automation tools such as GitHub, RTC, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of IVR technologies such as Avaya, Cisco, and Chatbots. Seniority level
