Overview
Job Summary (Salesforce With AgentForce , Hartford, CT) Responsibilities
Serve as a Salesforce Developer specializing in Agentforce, responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce CRM solutions, with a focus on AI agent development. Work on-site in Hartford, CT (3 days per week) as part of a 6-month contract-to-hire engagement. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, workflows, dashboards, and other Salesforce technologies. Design and build AI agents within the Agentforce platform, leveraging AI experience to deliver intelligent solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment to deliver quality software solutions and enhancements. Utilize Agentforce and Salesforce certifications and expertise to lead technical implementation and troubleshooting. Support integration, automation, and deployment processes using Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, AutoRABIT, and preferred tools such as GitHub and RTC. Engage in onshore/offshore collaboration, providing support and guidance to distributed teams. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Preferred involvement with IVR technologies (AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot) and automation tools. Ensure all solutions comply with best practices, company policies, and security standards.
