Write secure and maintainable code that powers one of CrowdStrike’s flagship products Be part of a global team of highly skilled engineers, building and maintaining cloud services Collaborate across teams to brainstorm, research, and implement solutions driven by the Product roadmap Build, maintain, and improve backend microservices written in Go and Python Launch and support features used by millions of users worldwide Understand business and engineering requirements and proactively share ideas and solutions Keep customer needs front of mind when planning and releasing features Focus on code quality through best practices, testing, logging and metrics Own your work in a high‑trust environment What You’ll Need
3+ years of production‑level experience building, delivering, and maintaining systems at scale Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka, or similar Expertise in distributed systems, microservice architectures, multi‑region architectures, software development best practices, observability and reliability engineering Hands‑on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and caching technologies (e.g., Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis) Experience with scalability concepts such as queues, concurrency, sharding, partitioning Understanding of engineering best practices from testing paradigms to peer code reviews and resilient architecture Experience debugging complex issues at every level of the stack Ability to work independently and collaboratively Education / Certifications
BS in Computer Science or a related major (or equivalent experience) is strongly preferred Bonus Points
Exposure to Go, AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, Elasticsearch Docker and Kubernetes experience Prior experience in the cybersecurity or intelligence fields Benefits Of Working At CrowdStrike
