Position Objective The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This is achieved through performing various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. This position focuses on merchandise handling, stock processing, replenishment, visual merchandising support, and delivering customer service aligned with MAPS principles in a retail environment. Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: process merchandise, ensure items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space; ensure new products are merchandised in a timely manner. Inventory & Receiving: correctly enters all receiving documents into the computer system; reconcile merchandise invoices to items received; complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely. Visual & Merchandising Support: ensure visual packet materials, props, and signage are received and processed promptly; store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.; assist with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement as directed. Pricing & Stock Control: participate in pricing changes and markdowns; alert store management to cash supply needs; assist with boutique cleanliness and organization. Customer Experience: model, support, and promote MAPS principles to provide a cohesive omni-channel experience. Teamwork & Growth: promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving; pursue personal developmental opportunities and seek feedback. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous stock or cashier experience preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines Ability to demonstrate teamwork Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired Communicate with customers, associates, and management; wear/communicate with headset Regular attendance is essential; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Physical Requirements

Constant walking/standing (67-100% of an 8-hour shift) Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs (1-33% of an 8-hour shift) Frequent climbing (34-66% of an 8-hour shift) Work Details
